Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 9, 2026

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already been shipped. Once a shipment is dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.

2. Refunds and Returns

Because our candles and hampers are delicate and sometimes customized, we do not accept general returns or "change of mind" requests.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or broken item during transit, please email us with an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery at info@jsharon.com. Upon verification, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days directly to your original payment method (via PhonePe).
